i loved that the resort offered multiple pools. i could easily find a quiet spot to relax. the beach felt private with soft sand. i enjoyed swimming in the clear water.
the wait times for the buggy service uphill could sometimes be long.

The breakfast had a huge selection. It offered many choices. happy hour featured cocktail specials twice each day. i appreciated this discount, especially during sunset. the restaurant staff were very friendly. and helpful.

my premium lodge had a sea view right in front of the beach beach towels were available along with a bathrobe and flip-flops a free shuttle boat went to tonsai pier in the morning and returned in the afternoon allowing easy visits to the viewpoint the hotel arranged transport from krabi hotel and to phuket.
some bungalows are old and not renovated

Great Stay on Leam Tong Beach

I found the location excellent. The beach in front of the resort was beautiful. There were three swimming pools. I spent most of my time at the infinity pool next to the beach. The staff were helpful throughout my visit. They provided options for water activities and island hopping tailored to various budgets. Witnessing both sunrise and sunset at the resort was very serene and added to my enjoyment. The breakfast offered a lot of options. I liked the fresh fruit selection (especially the mangoes!). I really appreciated the free transportation around the resort area in golf carts, convenient (it made getting around easier).
The room showed some signs of needing an update.

The staff were helpful, especially with organizing day trips.
Half the bars and restaurants were closed. The one that was open served mediocre food. Loud spanish disco music played from broken speakers at night, annoying.

poor breakfast understaffed service
The breakfast was a real letdown. It barely scraped by with a score of 5 out of 10 the hotel also seemed to be understaffed. i noticed delays at the reception and with the transfer services it was annoying to deal with that considering the price i paid i did not feel the service matched the cost
